I specialized myself in teaching yoga for martial artists,
because this is one of my favorite events of the year!

This was one of the most scary but also fun things I have ever experienced as a teacher.
I felt amazingly honored that Sanne Kerkhof of Samana Yoga Center asked me to teach on the big India stage
with two of the best teachers of Amsterdam: Afke Reijenga and Simon Rowe.
We don't know exactly how many people participated, but we think over a thousand!

The first day I almost shit my yogapants :P. What I loved the most was the big energy waves the crowd made together.
We had so much fun also with Avi on Sarod and electronic beats, and Sebastian playing percussion, they rocked the stage!

World Yoga Day for Optimel

In the summer of 2017 Tosti Creative asked me if I wanted to be a 'flying yogi' for Optimel on World Yoga Day.
They flew me around in a helicopter with the hilarious presenter Anne de Blok,

marvelous photographer Janneke Nooij (who took this picture), handsome pilot Jordy,
and a live camera team, to teach at three different places in The Netherlands:
on the beach, the harbor of Rotterdam and a park in Almere.
Optimel planted trees to compensate the CO2 the helicopter emitted that day.
